   • X-Small (0.4 cm) & Small (0.6 cm): These sizes are very popular, so we keep them ready to ship. Most orders in these sizes will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
   • Custom Sizes (0.3 cm, 0.5 cm, 0.6 cm, 0.7 cm, 0.8 cm, 1.0 cm): Orders for these sizes will take 2-4 weeks to process as they are made to order.

2. Colors:

   • Color 1B: Orders with color 1B will be shipped out quickly, usually within 24-48 hours. However, orders in other colors may take 1-2 weeks depending on stock availability.

3. Lengths:

   • Lengths under 16 inches: These will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
   • Lengths 16 inches and above: These larger lengths may take 1-3 weeks to process.

Examples of Processing Times

To help illustrate how our processing times work, here are two examples:

• Example 1: If you order 100 locs in size 0.3 cm (custom-made), length 10 inches, and color 1B, the processing time will take 2-4 weeks since size 0.3 cm is custom-made. After your order is processed, you can expect it to be delivered within an additional 3-5 days. So, the total time from order to delivery will be approximately 2-4 weeks (processing) + 3-5 days (delivery).

• Example 2: If you order 100 locs in size 0.6 cm, length 10 inches, and color 1B, this combination is readily available. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. After shipping, delivery will take 3-5 days. Thus, you can expect your order to arrive within 24-48 hours (processing) + 3-5 days (delivery).

Rush Orders

Need your order quickly? We’ve got you covered! For those who require their orders sooner or by a specific date, we offer a rush processing option for an additional $100. This means your order will be processed within 24-48 hours, even for sizes and lengths that usually take 2-4 weeks. Just keep in mind that while processing will be expedited, the delivery time will remain the same.

Shipping Insurance
