We work hard at ensuring you are happy with your purchase but in the unfortunate incident where you have been sent the wrong products. WE WILL GLADLY REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF WE ARE INFORMED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. But be informed, refunds will only be made if Eazynappy has sent out the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@eazynappy.shop with your registered email address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that there can be some logistics charges (Starting from $45) based on the location, that the customer will need to pay.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
In certain cases, items cannot be returned, like the customer ordered the wrong variant (Size, color, Length). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Don't worry, returns are approved if you sent the same item with all the conditions you read above. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within three days after approving the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds Before Shipping

Now we have made the process even faster. Now, you don’t need to wait for refunds for 3-5 days. You can get an instant refund in form of a Gift Card worth the price of the item you want a refund for and use it instantly across the store with no expiry date.

You will be issued an Eazynappy Gift Card if you ordered something by mistake and want to change the order before it is shipped out and you are out of money and can’t wait for 3-5 days for a refund and place it again.
